My experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff was rude, which made me feel unwelcome after I faced issues with WiFi. the rooms were highly run down and dated, making my short two-night stay feel uncomfortable. the all-inclusive meals became monotonous as they were the same every day, so I was never looking forward to the next meal.

the staff was super friendly and helpfull, location is great close to the beach, the all inclusive drinks were pretty good too, had some ok food, and the cleaning service was daily, very impressed with them.
the wifi was a joke, never worked at all, and the rooms are small with beds more suitable for kids than adults.
